All items are sold exclusively from our available catalog and are not made-to-order.
Orders are typically shipped on the next business day after payment confirmation.
During holidays or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

We currently ship within the United States and Canada.
Delivery times depend entirely on the postal carrier and may vary based on:

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information during checkout.

Delivery Conditions

Returns & Exchanges
Most sales are considered final.
However, return requests may be submitted within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Color & Product Variations

These variations are normal and are not considered defects.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Katana Hanna is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier.
